Our premium model for Z-racks: when robust construction meets space efficiency. The Z PLUS version was developed for the highest demands in bakeries that require both space optimization and maximum load capacity. The design is based on our proven oven rack technology – enhanced with a specially reinforced undercarriage featuring an extremely robust Z-brace, reinforced profiles and inset wheels for optimized running and hygienic design.
