We manufacture baking trays from aluminium, aluminised steel and stainless steel. The choice depends on your oven type, application and desired baking result. All materials are food-safe and rated for continuous industrial use.
Can I order custom-sized baking trays?
Absolutely. Custom dimensions are our specialty. We produce every tray to your exact specifications, including size, rim profile, perforation pattern and coating. Minimum quantities vary depending on configuration.
What non-stick coatings are available for baking trays?
We offer PTFE, PFA and silicone coatings, as well as Ancera, our ceramic PFAS-free coating. For lye products or delicate sweet pastries we recommend specific systems. We are happy to advise you personally on the right choice.
What is the difference between perforated and solid baking trays?
Perforated trays promote better air and heat circulation for even browning, ideal for bread rolls and small baked goods. Solid trays are better suited for liquid batters, cakes or products requiring less bottom heat.
Are your baking trays compatible with industrial baking lines?
Yes. We manufacture trays compatible with all common deck ovens, rack ovens and tunnel ovens. We also produce to exact line dimensions and specifications on request.
How do I care for non-stick coated baking trays?
Coated trays should not be cleaned with steel brushes or aggressive cleaning agents. Gentle hand washing with mild detergent or low-temperature machine cleaning significantly extends the service life. We are happy to provide specific care instructions for your chosen coating.

We typically manufacture and deliver custom trays within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on configuration and current order volume. For standard dimensions, shorter lead times are often possible.
