TODAY – PRODUCTION WITH PROFILE
Over 500,000 baking trays and 30,000 racks per year, 100% production in Eschweiler, 65 dedicated employees: we are proud of what we do – and we work every day to become even better.
2023–2025 – AUTOMATION WITH PRECISION
Through the targeted use of cobot-welding systems, we are reducing the workload on our skilled workers, increase repeat accuracy and ensure top quality standards – without taking people out of the process.
2023 – SUSTAINABILITY AS A PRINCIPLE
Our photovoltaic system, beehives and grazing areas for sheep and goats make our commitment to sustainability visible. Around 20% of our electricity is already self-generated – and the share continues to grow.
2022–2023 – SPACE FOR NEW IDEAS
Our office facilities were completely modernized – not only visually, but also functionally. The result: a working environment that elevates productivity, creativity and communication to a new level.
2020 – NEW LEADERSHIP, FAMILIAR VALUES
With Dennis Wendlinger – a long-standing team member – taking over management, we’re demonstrating what employee development means to us: continuity, responsibility and a fresh perspective.
2019 – INVESTMENT IN EFFICIENCY
The acquisition of a fully automated TRUMPF laser system including a high-bay warehouse marked a milestone in process automation. Material flow became faster, more precise and more efficient – while maintaining consistent quality.
2013 – CLEAR COURSE, CLEAR NAME
The renaming to Anneliese Backtechnik GmbH clearly expressed our focus: baking trays, racks and custom solutions for professionals – developed and produced under one roof.
1960s–1980s – GROWTH WITH VISION
After specializing in bakery equipment and relocating to Eschweiler-Nothberg, our production – and our ambitions – grew along with the increasing demand for custom baking technology. By establishing our own production lines, we combined industrial efficiency with flexible craftsmanship.
1958 – THE BEGINNING
Founded as a bakery in Stolberg, Anneliese Backtechnik laid the foundation in 1958 for a company that unites craftsmanship, metalworking, and the bakery trade – with quality that endures to this day.
